Six Vulcanizing Machines for Rubber Keypad
There are 6 pieces vulcanizing keypad machines, 6000 pieces/machine per day. It will be guaranteed there are enough keypads. Sel-insert colors key machine for Rubber keypad. For saving the labor cost, one labor worker can be instead by one insert colors machine. And it can be controlled the silicon volume on the mat very well.
8 Injection Molding Machine for Remote Control Housing
We have 8 shell injection molding machines. Three 200g injection molding machines can inject battery covers, lenses, discs, and other small parts. The other 5 injection molding machines can inject the front and rear cover parts of the housing. Professionals guard and check whether the shell meets production standards 24 hours a day.
Two Assemble Workshops for Remote Control & LED Sign Production
There are 2 lines for assembling the products, 4 testing machines, and 2 automatic packing machines. We have 2 QC to inspect the exterior of the remote control.
Exporting to the US, Europe, Canada, and Asia
90% of our products, such as remote controls and LED signs, are sold to foreign markets, including Mexico, the United States, Russia, Brazil, Peru, Spain, the United Kingdom, Poland, Italy, Pakistan, India, Iraq, and the Middle East countries.
